Partner Portal
One hub for 900+ travel partners to run the relationship themselves.
Global Rescue's growth runs through 900+ tour operators, guides, and agencies, but their assets lived in inboxes and commission questions moved one email at a time. I designed the Partner Portal as a single hub across five surfaces, built around a co-branded landing page that partners generate themselves with their own referral codes, tying every conversion back to quarterly paid and unpaid earnings. A three-step onboarding path, a searchable resource library, and a named account manager replaced a fragmented affiliate program with a platform partners run themselves.
Global Rescue’s growth runs through its partners — 900+ tour operators, guides, and travel agencies who put medical and security protection in front of their travelers. But the partner experience hadn’t kept pace with the network. Assets lived in inboxes, commission questions went to account managers one email at a time, and there was no single place a partner could go to actually run the relationship. The brief: turn a fragmented affiliate program into a self-serve platform.
I designed the Partner Portal as one hub that does the whole job — a Safe Travel Partner logs in and finds their tools, their numbers, and their people in a single, modular dashboard.
The engine of the partnership is the co-branded landing page. Generated inside the portal with its own RP referral codes, it’s the partner’s primary launch tool — one link they can add to their site, drop into booking confirmations, and share across social, with every conversion tracked back to them. The commission and source tracking closes the loop: paid and unpaid earnings by quarter, tied back to the exact page or campaign that produced them.
Around that core sits everything a partner needs to keep momentum — a searchable library of logos, videos, and destination reports with Quick Links and Favorites, additional support, and a named account manager they can schedule time with directly rather than chasing over email.
Impact
01 The Home
Partner Dashboard
Greets each partner by name and puts the tools they actually use up front.
A modular home that greets each partner by name and puts the tools they actually use up front — a resource search, commission stats, a source tracker, announcements, and one-click access to their dedicated account manager.
The layout is built from configurable cards, so a high-volume tour operator and a boutique guide can each shape the portal around how they actually work.
02 The Engine
Co-Branded Pages & RP Codes
One link a partner can add to their site, drop into booking confirmations, and share across social — with every conversion tracked back to them.
The partner’s primary launch tool: a co-branded landing page and referral (RP) codes generated inside the portal, designed to educate travelers, drive conversions, and track performance back to the partner who sent them.
03 The Loop
Commission & Source Tracking
Partners can see exactly what their promotion is earning.
Clear, at-a-glance revenue reporting — paid and unpaid commissions by quarter, plus a source tracker that ties total sales back to each landing page and campaign, so partners can see exactly what their promotion is earning.
04 The Support
Resource Library & Support
A named account manager a partner can schedule time with directly, rather than chasing over email.
A searchable library of logos, videos, destination reports, and co-branded assets — with Quick Links, Recent, and Favorites — backed by additional support and a named account manager a partner can schedule time with directly.
05 Day One
